I did a Google search of images to find the cover of the
original Gold Medal edition:

It finds five scans of the Gold Medal, one of a translation,
one of the new Black Mask edition (print on demand, and not
high quality, from the looks of what's on Amazon.com, but not
expensive), and also a snapshot of an attractive young woman.
It doesn't fit at all, until you see it's from this
page:
which has a lot about Chaze.
