That's just for new members, as recommended by Mr. Zeltserman
to keep out trolling spammers. It'll affect all the rest of
the folks who swing over from the old home, who are new to
the new list, but after some unspecified time which I can't
find in Yahoo's help, you and they can post without trouble.
I don't want to moderate the list, and there's certainly no
need.
