I was talking to an artist friend the other day, telling her
she would probably get a kick out of Willeford's Burnt Orange
Heresy. Well, her birthday is coming up, so I got her that,
Lankford's Shooters (so Terrill, you get a penny or two in
royalties from me after all, the one I bought for myself was
used) and, especially, Everz's Shooting Elvis. I thought
about adding Jack Early/Sandra Scoppettone's A Creative
Killer, but the store I was in didn't happen to have a copy.
If this should happen to hook her, can anyone suggest other
art/photography based hardboiled?
