I read my first McCarthy -- THE ROAD -- last week, and found
it brilliant...am very much looking forward to picking up NO
COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN and BLOOD MERIDIAN (which I'd tried
before, but didn't get very far in my previous attempt for
some reason).
