RARA-AVIS: Jonathan Latimer

Along with an article that's scheduled to appear in the next issue of Mystery*File, I'm working on a bibliography for Jonathan Latimer.

In the FictionMags on-line listings I find the following serialized novel by Latimer:

< http://users.ev1.net/%7Ehomeville/fictionmag/l636.htm#L39>* A Queen's Ransom, (sl)
< http://users.ev1.net/%7Ehomeville/fictionmag/t212.htm#A4772>Colliers< http://users.ev1.net/%7Ehomeville/fictionmag/t212.htm#A4772> Dec 18 1937,
< http://users.ev1.net/%7Ehomeville/fictionmag/t212.htm#A4773>Jan 8,
< http://users.ev1.net/%7Ehomeville/fictionmag/t212.htm#A4774>Jan 22,
< http://users.ev1.net/%7Ehomeville/fictionmag/t212.htm#A4775>Jan 29 1938

Question: Is this a retitling of The Dead Don't Care, which came out from Doubleday / Crime Club in 1938? If not, which novel is it?

                         Best (and thanks in advance)
