I've been a hard-boiled and noir fan for many years and
read/seen about all the classics but it's great to learn
about more possible authors, etc to the list of stuff to be
looking for. I tried to get aboard earlier incarnation of
this group but I don't know what happened there, so I was
glad Monte Herridge tipped me on this one. Already I have
gotten some good new knowledge from the postings,
particularly the discussion of what pulps were called in
other countries.
I have a couple personal projects for which I solicit
members' suggestions, etc, that I will describe in separate
posts.
