RARA-AVIS: We reach the end of the southwest

Well, Route 66, or the lonesome trail, or whatever it is, brought us to the farthest reaches of the American southwest, and I just realized we've moved on into other realms, namely May. Thanks to Mr. Crider for his knowledge, and Mr. Doherty and everyone else who chipped in. In a few days I'm going back to the store that had the Brian Garfields, and I'm going to pick up a couple more. When Mr. Reasoner's TEXAS WIND is available again, I'll head back down thataway.
