I just checked who translated Raoul Vaneigem's Revolution of Everyday Life, the other full length book of Situationist theory. This was also done by David Nicholson-Smith (also responsible for 3 to Kill, as previously noted).

miker, if you want to read some fiction by a Situationist, try Alexander Trocchi. His Young Adam ain't bad, but Cain's Book is his masterpiece, about a junkie tugboat captain in New York harbor who is not above pimping his girlfriend for a fix (reputedly, neither was the author).
