I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Willeford's The Shark
Infested Custard. Larry (Fuzz-o) Dolman writes first and
forth parts in first person. Hank Norton writes the second
part part in first person. The third part is in third person
from Eddie Miller's pov, but includes a long letter from
Hank. Through this you feel you can judge the characters'
personalities and motivations for yourself without having to
agree with only one narrator. Mark
