RARA-AVIS: Bosch, Davenport, Beaumont?

For those of you who have read Michael Connely's Harry Bosch books, John Sanford's Lucas Davenport books, and JA Jance's JP Beaumont books like I have, the question is: Are these three protagonists the same guy? Seems to me that they are, or are they just three prime examples of hardboiled detectives? Or both?
