Indeed. Unfortunately, Constiner has fallen into a
deep-freeze oblivion.
He did a lot of work for the mystery and adventure pulps;
however, very
few have appeared in mystery anthologies, at least to my
knowledge. We
should probably add Constiner to the long list of "to be
rescued"

his westerns
(or other works) printed or reprinted in paperback? During
what time
period? Any particular publisher(s)? Any title
