More today from the Alchemy Pickle Company (see also my post last week about Rebekka Hutton and her fermented foodstuffs). This time, generously delivered right to my home!
In the back are 2l bottles of Pear Nettle and Blueberry Mint kombucha. In the front, from left to right it’s paprika jalapeño Classic Sauerkraut, Roasted Eggplant Garlic Paste, Fermented Fire Tonic and green cabbage Seasonal Kimchi.
I’d rather be getting all this stuff in person at the Wychwood Barns farmer’s market, but until then, this is great.
