Noticed that TCM played KISS ME DEADLY, the Ralph Meeker take on Mike Hammer, this morning. Followed it up with Ray Milland in THE BIG CLOCK.

I caught the end of KMD. It's been about ten years since I last saw it, and damned if it isn't ten years sillier than it was last time. If it hadn't been nine in the morning, I'd have initiated a drinking game involving taking a shot every time Meeker bitch-slapped some poor guy. I counted three times in the last twenty minutes of the flick.

I had to leave for work, so I missed THE BIG CLOCK, but I'm DVRing it to transfer to DVD.

What would we do without TCM? R
