Anyone who doesn't want to wait for The Gentleman's Hour or any other UK book, I suggest you check out the Book Depository. They do not charge for shipping and my copy, for which I paid $17.46US, arrived in central Canada in less than 10 days after I placed my order. Also ordered Cathi Unsworth's latest, Bad Penny Blues. I won't hesitate to order from them again.
