finally finished 'solomon's vineyard' by latimer. had been taking my time with it for a long while. definitely worthy of its status.
read 'carny kill' by robt. edmond alter. first alter i've ever read. i liked it, but i'm a sucker for carny hb/noir. nightmare alley of course and freezer burn by joe lansdale.
