The book I mentioned is called _L'art del menjar a Catalunya_. MVM has
at least one other gastronomy book, but this one is a classic. Colman
Andrews wrote an encyclopedic work, but MVM conveys excitement and
passion. Sometimes he reminds me of the great Pomiane.
