What? Stark is Westlake?

Don't know when it became known, but the two names together on a book cover (Donald E Westlake writing as Richard Stark) came in the '80s, when Avon (I think) reprinted The Hunter through Butcher's Moon. Foul Play did the same in '90 when they reprinted the four Grofield novels.
