RARA-AVIS: April is Month of the Disappeared

From: jacquesdebierue ( jacquesdebierue@yahoo.com)
Date: 28 Mar 2008

This month's discussion will focus on writers who are around but have stopped publishing, or who publish so seldom that their work is no longer very present in the public eye, as well as good writers whose work has simply disappeared, is rarely mentioned and does not reappear in the form of reprints. The format is pretty open and the membership is invited to propose (and discourse on) their favorite disappeared writers. One such was mentioned recently: Teri White. Another died recently: Arthur Lyons.

Kevin Smith of The Thrilling Detective has graciously agreed to host this special month.

Best,

mrt
