If we count Graham Greene ( no argument from me) would we count Joseph Conrad? 'Lord Jim' and 'Heart Of Darkness' are both set in the tropics. (South East Asia) 'Heart of Darkness' was Francis Ford Cappola's inspiration for 'Apocalypse Now'.Is Conrad a Noir writer?
