And by the same logic, Spike Lee. Just because it isn't pat doesn't make it good. Did Shadows and Fog have a pat ending. Yet, it's a dreadful movie. Oh, and you thought Old Country and Before The Devil Knows ended patly? It's a very weak argument and not very compelling.
