I'd never recommend any of the Burke books beyond the first
three -- maybe four -- but wholeheartedly advocate picking up
SHELLA, THE GETAWAY MAN and his short-story collections. An
earlier poster found TWO TRAINS RUNNING unreadable...I'd sure
echo that sentiment.
