Damn, that's what's great about this list. Odds are someone
will know the answer to your question. But I'm thinking the
story has been used somewhere else, too, as I have not seen
those Hitchcock shows. Perhaps I saw a variation where it was
a torturer, not rapist, that a woman saw everywhere? Was that
the story in Lost that Sayed tried to sell the woman who
accused him of being her tormentor years before?
