For his Lew Archer series, THE CHILL and BLACK MONEY are among his best, although all of the Lew Archer stories are worth a read. For his stand alone work try TROUBLE FOLLOWS ME and THE FERGUSON AFFAIR. There are others that are also worth tracking down, but the above titles should keep you busy for a while.
