I wasn't aware that the book was out yet, haven't seen a copy
myself. It's good to know. As I mention in the book, most of
those stories were written so long ago it's like somebody
else wrote them.

The publisher is Ramble House and they publish through
Lulu.com, which is mostly known for being a self-publishing
outfit. Ramble House, however, specializes in reprints of
vintage authors and their catalog is pretty interesting. The
one problem is that, like all print-on-demand services, their
books end up costing a bit more than your usual paperback or
trade paperback.
