Book titles cannot be copyrighted (or trademarked). There are plenty of different books with duplicate titles. For instance yesterday's Washington Post's Bestsellers list contained: Cross, Double Cross, Book of he Dead, The Chase, Next, . . . Not nearly the first time any of those titles has been used.
