I realize that all of us here love to read about murder. It's
pretty much all I read and write about. On the other hand,
murder actually does happen and when it touches lives words
like "emotions" and
"intelligence" and "fairest" ring pretty smug and hollow.
Imagine a family like Sharon Tate's who for the last 40 years
have made it their main purpose to go the parole hearings of
all 5 of the people convicted of killing their daughter and
sister just so the American Government doesn't FORGET what
they put those people in prison for and let them out with the
rest of us. Should an American family have to live like this?
A pregnant girl was brutally murdered, the people who drove
the knives into her body are up for PAROLE and you're
lecturing me about "fairness." I'm not looking for emotional
satisfaction. I'm not looking for revenge. I'm looking for a
total solution to a very specific problem once and for
all.
