My compliments to all contributors to the Rara_Avis digest of
Friday Oct. 12 at 7:10:55 PM.
This one, which included talk of Sex Novels, Lawrence Block,
Science Fiction and Noir, Spade Falling in Love, Cain and
Hammett, Blonde Lightning, and a too infrequent visit by
Maggie the webmaven who owns one of the best Mystery
bookstores in the world, was one of the most satisfying and
entertaining digests I have read.
