I think you mean Grimhaven, the never published followup to
Miami Blues. Some elements of it were used in his later Miami
novels.
Shark Infested Custard was published. Supposedly Willeford
thought it was his best, but I'm with miker in thinking Burnt
Orange Heresy is.
