Of course not...there are film noirs made today in many
countries from Japan to France to Uk, to
wherever......S,omebody made a sample study with a
mathematical model (a great idea), but 200 films is only
scratching the surface of the whole body of film noirs
worldwide for the last four/five decades or so...
