I have the book, and yeah, him and Max Allan Collins are the editors, but my guess is Collins was probably the one doing most of the heavy lifting putting the anthology together. anyway, I hope you keep an open mind when you read it--there is some very cool stuff in it, and my opinion, Spillane's story is probably the coolest--and a great example of true noir.
