Three to Kill was the title of the Alain Delon movie that was
made from it. Not a bad movie, but completely drops the
surreal parts of the book, turning it into a pretty straight
revenge movie.
"Anyway, am now beginning PRONE GUNMAN--any reactions?"
My only reaction after reading those two books was to want
more of his to be translated, as soon as possible. Made me
sorry I didn't absorb more (any?) of my high school
French.
