Thanks John. I was aware of that, but I've never been able to find that book. I've no idea why I would want to find it, but it's one of those fascinating things. Probably because it was banned in the UK
(by WH Smiths) until it was heavily cut and title changed to COME THE NIGHT, or something. This is slightly off-topic, I know.
