************* Yup. Behm's Eye of the Beholder is one of those
books that I kinda shrugged my shoulders and thought OK, but
then it keeps coming back, haunting my memory. One of
Sallis's characters is pretty close to being a noir
detective. And I'm getting tired of being the only one who
hasn't read Dave Zeltersman's first. I need to fix
that.
