Though I haven't seen it in thirty years, I
have (probably stoned) fair memories of the TV adaptation of
Mongo's Back in Town starring Joe Don Baker I recall it being
wildly over the top--sort of like a spaghetti western to the
highest power--but fascinating in a crude way.
