******************* Eagleton's Literary Theory has a little about most those people. On his side, Eagleton is smart, straight-talking, and funny. Rorty (possibly a conversative pomo) is respectable and readable, and I think that the way Lacan has paralleled Freud's psychology with fiction is entertaining and worthwhile.
