What a bizarre suggestion. For all the reasons that that movie may have been made, I'm certain that changing Elliot Gould's image was not a prime motivation for anyone concerned. Certainly not the people spending millions of dollars to make a motion picture.

**************** Gotta love it.

Shifting gears a bit, the wife was flipping through the channels last night and I asked her to stop when Double Indemnity popped up. It wasn't the Fred McMurray flick, but a 1974 version with Richard Crenna and Samantha Eggar. We watched a few minutes of it and it looked pretty good. I tried to pick it up from Netflix this morning and I'm sadly out of luck.
