Got the DVD today and I checked out the two extras with
Ellroy. Pretty good. Some horrific pictures of the original
murder, and some details about it that I didn't know about.
I've never seen Ellroy before. I've heard that he's animated
and outrageous at book signings, but he's laid back and
mellow in these shots.
I can't recall who mentioned it, but thanks for the heads
up.
