Back in the day of Scott Meredith and Donald MacCampbell,
American paperback originals frequently found their way into
the hands of European publishers. Sometimes novels appeared
in Europe years before the appeared in the States, as in the
case of Harry Whittington's T'as des visons. You still find
these work as the source of screenplays, but what is state of
things when it comes to the reprinting of classic paperback
writers.
