Preachy a times in his books. But that aside, I think
Pelecanos is the best thing out there and is just hitting his
stride. A DC native myself, he knows the area so damn well.
Kudos to George for all his success. And it doesn't hurt he
doesn't want to be a rock star. Very level headed and
modest.
