It's the Raven second printing, and thanks for pointing out
that cigarette thing. The last 50 pages or so I finished last
night had an incredible amount of cigarette lighting, plus a
cigar or two, and I yearned to chain-smoke two or three packs
of Kools.
And I guessed the villain all
wrong.
