Well, thanks to feedback from Rara-Avians I've now made
contact with Bill Krohn, so that's three of the lost authors
found. In the pre- internet days tracking them down would've
taken months if at all, and cost a fair bit in phone calls,
fees and shoe leather. Now I don't even have to move from my
desk.
