Depends on your defintion of Hardboiled (here we go again!)
but Big Sleep and Red Harvest are the only two typical
Hardboiled books on the list, although you could consider
Stone's Dog Soldiers and Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian
hardboiled. Personally dissapointed not to see Flannery
O'Connor's Wise Blood on the list. Anyway, here it is:
