I believe David Goodis' estate is managed by the Provident
National Bank
(PNB), based in Philadelphia. They were listed as the latest
administrators of record.
Also, be advised that some of Goodis novels, most notably
Cassidy's Girl, are in the public domain.

I´m in an all too slow progress of starting a publishing
house and trying to translate classic noir ficiton into
swedish. The rights issue is hard to find out about. Does
anyone on this list know who holds the foreign language
rights to David Goodis material?
