Swearengen thinks Sheriff Bullock is a self-righteous prick,
and, because of Bullock's affair with the widow, a hypocrite.
He made a sarcastic and obscene remark in public about the
affair, and Bullock felt compelled to challenge Swearengen.
Though it was a rough-and-tumble fight, the premise was much
the same as would precede a duel. Of course these two have
hated each other from the beginning of season one.
