Speaking of recent reads:
Some really good ones: Charlie (Chaloots) Williams,
"Deadfolk"; Ken Bruen's "Rilke on Black"; Vicki Hendricks
"Miami Purity" and Richard Aleas (hardcase crime) "Little
Girl Lost"
And word is out ... Anthony Neal Smith has a new one coming
out
(maybe this summer) that I had the pleasure to read a few
months back ... a wild one I really, really enjoyed called
"Psychosomatic" ... this one had me dreaming of a woman
amputee in very strange ways ... nearly checked into a
12-step program ... it's gonna be a killer debut ... really
great.
