I also enjoyed the first 2 books, as I have enjoyed Simmons horror and SF work in the past. Is there any indication that he is going to continue writing in this genre?

(Current reading: Gerald Kersh's NIGHT & THE CITY, one of the bleakest books I've ever encountered. I picked it up in part because Dassin's film version is being released on DVD next month but I can't expect the movie is anywhere as dark as the book.)
