Craig McDonald's brilliant story was the creme of the crop
for me in that Mississippi Review ... I'll be posting a
review of Ken Bruen's Rilke on Black on my page in another
week or so ... absolute genius at work there ... in prepping
for an interview with Vicki Hendricks, I'm rereading the
Queen of Noir's work ... just went through Miami Purity and
it so reminds me of some of the great Daniel Woodrell it's
uncanny ...
