I finished last night Tapani Bagge's "Kohtalon t䨴i/Destiny's
Star". Very tough (and funny) Finnish hardboiled, strongly
reminiscent of Joe Lansdale, but firmly rooted in Finnish
traditions of literary realism. As some of you may remember,
Tapani's getting his books translated into English through
Point Blank Press. I hope this one (it's his latest) will be
translated too. You'll love it.
