You asked for it and you got it! In February (when we'll have
just started the ninth year of the RARA-AVIS) Ken Bruen will
be the guest of honour. I'm sure it'll be a great time.

The Brant and Jack Taylor novels are the ones we've most
often talked about on the list. I've only read BLITZ (the
only one that ever seems to show up in bookstores around
here) but I'll be ordering in more. I loved BLITZ and look
forward to the others, and to February. I met Ken Bruen at
Bouchercon last month and saw him on a panel, and he was very
friendly and funny and a great storyteller. Thanks to Jason
Starr for making the arrangements.
