That review is so full of hyperbole as to be embarrassing.
The book isn't that uncommon and has been reprinted in
various forms. And quite why the reviewer believes horror
fiction reached its peak in that 1927/31 period beats me.
It's a good anthology, don't get me wrong, and certainly rare
at that time to see so much pulp fiction in hardcover, but
there's plenty more where that came from.
